1. CONTEST OVERVIEW

The HiO Golf Daily Hole-in-One Competition ("Contest") is a daily golf competition where participants have the opportunity to win a £10,000 cash prize by achieving a hole-in-one on a designated hole at participating golf courses.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Who Can Enter:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom
• Must have a valid email address and phone number
• Must be physically present at a participating golf course to enter
• Employees of HiO Golf, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible

3. HOW TO ENTER

• Visit a participating golf course with HiO Golf setup
• Scan the QR code displayed at the designated hole
• Pay the £10 entry fee through the HiO Golf mobile app or website
• Receive a unique Entry ID for that day's competition
• Take one shot at the designated hole
• Your shot will be recorded by the HiO HD Camera System for verification

Entry Limit: One entry per person per day. Multiple entries on the same day will result in disqualification.

4. CONTEST DATES

Start Date: The contest runs daily, with new competitions starting each day at 00:00 GMT.

End Date: This contest is ongoing with no end date currently set. HiO Golf reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest with 30 days' notice.

Daily Deadline: Each day's competition ends at 23:59 GMT. Entries received after this time will be counted for the following day's competition.

5. WINNER SELECTION

How Winners Are Selected:

• Winners are determined by achieving a verified hole-in-one on the designated hole
• All shots are recorded and verified using the HiO HD Camera System
• Video footage is reviewed by HiO Golf staff to confirm the hole-in-one
• Winners are selected based on the first verified hole-in-one of each day
• In the event of multiple hole-in-ones on the same day, the first chronologically recorded shot wins

Verification Process: Winners must email [email protected] within 24 hours of their shot, providing their Entry ID and the time of their hole-in-one. HiO Golf will review the footage and contact winners within 48 hours.

6. PRIZES AND VALUES

Daily Prize: £10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) cash prize

Prize Value: £10,000 per day

Prize Delivery: Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of verification. Prizes will be paid via bank transfer within 30 days of winner confirmation.

Taxes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prize. HiO Golf will provide necessary tax documentation.

7. GENERAL RULES

• All decisions by HiO Golf are final and binding
• HiO Golf reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violation of these rules
• Participants must follow all golf course rules and regulations
• HiO Golf is not responsible for technical difficulties, course closures, or weather conditions
• By participating, entrants agree to release HiO Golf from any liability related to the contest
• HiO Golf reserves the right to modify these rules at any time with notice

8. PRIVACY AND DATA

By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for contest administration and prize fulfillment. Personal information will be handled in accordance with HiO Golf's Privacy Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HiO Golf, its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this contest or acceptance of any prize.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This contest is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
